& Education: \nProvide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining the installation process, device functionality, and service features.\nEducate customers on how to use their new internet service, Wi-Fi network, and troubleshoot basic issues independently.\nEnsure customer satisfaction before leaving the premises, addressing all questions and concerns professionally.\nDocumentation & Reporting: \nAccurately complete all necessary paperwork, digital forms, and service orders, including site surveys, installation checklists, and trouble reports.\nMaintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.\nCommunicate effectively with dispatch, technical support, and management regarding job status, technical issues, and scheduling.\nSafety & Compliance: \nAdhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.\nEnsure all installations comply with local codes, industry standards, and company specifications. \nKPIs\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nNetworking, telecommunications, or construction experience preferred.\nKnowledge of fiber, networking equipment, and structured cabling.\nAbility to read project drawings and schematics.\nStrong troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to travel and work on project sites.\nValid driver's license.\nRequirements\nBasic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi standards, routing, switching).\nFamiliarity with common hand tools and power tools used in installations.\nAbility to read and interpret basic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.\nComfortable working with ladders, at heights, and in various outdoor weather conditions.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.\nAbility to climb ladders and work at heights (e.g., on rooftops, utility poles).\nAbility to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawl spaces.\nCapable of performing tasks requiring bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention
