This role serves as the face of Client Enablement during onboarding, product implementations, and customer education initiatives.\nWorking closely with Product Enablement Manager and Client Success teams, the Client Training Specialist facilitates both virtual and onsite learning experiences while reinforcing product knowledge, operational best practices, and customer confidence.\nTravel to customer locations is an essential component of this role.\nKey Responsibilities\nTraining Delivery\nDeliver instructor-led training for customers, internal associates, and business partners.\nFacilitate both virtual and onsite training sessions during implementations, onboarding, and product rollouts.\nLead classroom discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on learning exercises.\nAdapt training delivery based on audience experience and learning needs.\nReinforce operational workflows and best practices throughout each engagement.\nCustomer Enablement\nSupport customer onboarding and implementation activities.\nPartner with Product Liaisons to ensure accurate delivery of current product functionality.\nServe as an educational resource during go-live and stabilization periods.\nBuild trusted relationships with customers through professional, consultative interactions.\nRespond to learner questions and identify opportunities for additional education.\nTraining Preparation\nCustomize training materials to meet customer needs while maintaining standardized content.\nMaintain instructor guides, participant materials, and classroom resources.\nCoordinate logistics for onsite and virtual training events.\nEnsure training environments and supporting materials are prepared before delivery.\nContinuous Improvement\nGather participant feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.\nIdentify recurring customer questions and recommend updates to training materials.\nCollaborate with Product Liaisons and Enablement teams to improve learning resources.\nParticipate in ongoing product education to maintain subject matter knowledge.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.\n3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training.\nExceptional presentation and facilitation skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication abilities.\nComfortable speaking to groups of varying sizes.\nAbility to travel up to 50% (or as required).\nStrong organizational and customer service skills.\nPreferred\nExperience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or software implementation.\nExperience supporting customer onboarding or implementations.\nKnowledge of adult learning principles.\nExperience facilitating both virtual and in-person learning.\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).\nCore Competencies\nTraining Facilitation\nCustomer Engagement\nPresentation Skills\nProduct Knowledge\nRelationship Building\nCommunication\nAdaptability\nProblem Solving\nCollaboration\nProfessional Presence\nSuccess Measures\nThe Client Training Specialist is successful when they:\nDeliver engaging, high-quality training experiences.\nReceive positive customer satisfaction scores following training engagements.\nImprove learner confidence and readiness before go-live.\nSuccessfully support customer implementations and onboarding.\nPartner effectively with Product Liaisons to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.\nContribute to increased product adoption and customer success.\nTypical Activities\nConduct onsite customer training during new implementations.\nDeliver virtual onboarding sessions.\nLead train-the-trainer workshops.\nFacilitate refresher training following product enhancements.\nSupport customer office hours and educational webinars.\nParticipate in implementation and go-live readiness meetings.\nAt Inmar, we put people first and that means empowering our associates to thrive at every stage of life and career.
