This role requires a strong foundation in analytics, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.\nThis position offers the opportunity to build expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and strategic planning while contributing to a fast-paced, continuously improving product organization.\nPrimary Accountabilities:\n Product Strategy & Performance Insights (40%)Support the development of product strategy and long-term objectives through data-driven insights and performance analysis.\n\nAnalyze product data on usage, feature adoption, customer behavior, and performance trends to identify opportunities and risks.\n\nPartner with Product Managers to provide insights that support roadmap prioritization and strategic decision-making.\n\nTranslate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for product leadership and stakeholders.\n\n Data Analysis, Metrics & Reporting (40%)Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product effectiveness, customer experience, growth, and operational health.\n\nWrite and execute queries on large datasets to support ongoing analysis and ad hoc business questions.\n\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into product performance.\n\nMonitor product and operational performance to proactively identify issues impacting adoption, retention, and profitability.\n\nDeliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and actionable recommendations.\n\n Continuous Improvement & Experimentation (20%)Support a culture of experimentation by designing, measuring, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.\n\nEnsure analytical rigor in experimentation and clearly communicate results and implications.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve product operations processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.\n\nStay current on industry best practices in product analytics, experimentation, and data tooling.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.\n\nQualifications:\nTechnical Skills and Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.\n\nExperience:\n2-4+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nStrong proficiency in querying large datasets (e.g., SQL).\n\nExperience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.\n\nExperience designing and analyzing A/B or multivariate experiments.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile product development methodologies.\n\nExperience aligning analytics with OKRs, planning processes, and operational reporting.\n\nExposure to data modeling, Python, R, or advanced statistical techniques is a plus.\n\nExperience in SaaS, technology, or platform-based organizations preferred.\n\nSoft Skills:Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.\n\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.\n\nCollaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across product, engineering, and business teams.\n\nProblem-Solving: Proactively identifies issues and opportunities, with a focus on measurable outcomes.\n\nAdaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nRegularly required to operate a computer and participate in virtual and in-person meetings.\n\nOccasionally required to move or lift up to 25 pounds.\n\nAs an Inmar Associate, You Will:\nContribute to impactful, data-driven product decisions that improve customer outcomes and business performance.\n\nDevelop advanced analytical and product operations skills with opportunities for career growth.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.\n\nAt Inmar, we put people first and that means empowering our associates to thrive at every stage of life and career.
