工作职责 / Responsibilities

1、编制项目部采矿方法，指导监督区队做好采矿技术管理工作;

2、负责周生产计划、月生产计划（包括月度材料计划）的编制工作;

3、负责采、掘、充、探在时间上、空间上的衔接与平衡工作，定期报告各区域、各环节存在的矛盾，提出解决措施;

4、负责设计技术交底和办公室、现场的挂图工作;

5、编制采矿方面的施工组织设计及作业指导书，并指导监督区队开展工作;

6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、2026届本科及以上学历应届毕业生;

2、成绩优良，有扎实的专业基础知识和较强的学习能力;

3、身心健康，积极乐观，有较强的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力;

4、具有较强的环境适应能力，能够适应矿山行业工作环境，对应聘岗位具有浓厚的兴趣;

5、实习经历丰富、党员、学生干部优先录用。
