工作职责 / Responsibilities
1、负责机房的日常巡检与维护工作，能按要求对其进行配置，保障机房正常运转，系统正常、安全运行。
2、负责服务器系统的安全管理，做好数据安全和病毒的防范工作。
3、负责机房与各系统的技术支持，及时解决出现的各类技术故障。
4、负责数据库管理，及相关系统测试。
5、负责制定各服务器的数据备份计划，并且确保备份数据可用性。
6、负责办公相关的桌面技术支持工作。
7、负责与相关部门的交流，及时反馈用户使用信息。
8、运维文档的撰写与归档工作。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业;
2、3年以上Windows或Linux实际运维经验，精通Windows及Linux操作系统的应用安装、系统维护、性能调优、配置管理以及安全防护;
3、3年以上机房维护经验，熟悉机房维护内容;
4、有一定监控工具、自动化运维工具的了解与应用，能对系统进行监控、分析、维护、优化;
5、日常运维操作有安全意识，责任心强，积极主动，善于沟通，主动学习，上进心强，具有团队精神，能适应运维工作压力。
6、对常见Web安全漏洞的原理、危害、利用方式及修复方案有较深入理解，熟练使用主流的安全工具，能够以手工或结合工具的方式进行安全测试;
7、熟悉MySQL、SQL Server等相关数据库，能独立开展数据库配置、调优及故障排查;
8、有矿业能源行业从业经验者优先。
9、接受外派或出差安排。
