To learn more, visit glance.com.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain a scalable design system covering components, patterns, typography, color themes, and overall visual direction, ensuring consistency across web and mobile.\n\nDefine and implement the product’s brand identity, including fonts, logo, color palette, iconography, and accessibility standards.\n\nTranslate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for dashboards, reporting/analytics pages, campaign workflows, billing, and other SaaS-specific modules.\n\nDeliver responsive, intuitive, and data-driven UI/UX experiences optimized for performance and usability across devices.\n\nWork closely with product managers and developers in agile sprints, ensuring fast-paced design delivery and smooth handoff via Figma/Zeplin or similar tools.\n\nConduct design reviews, enforce quality standards, and iterate designs based on feedback, usability studies, and analytics.\n\nLeverage Lighthouse measurements, design analytics tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.), A/B testing, and user research to continuously improve design performance and experience.\n\nAct as design lead-mentoring junior designers, fostering a strong design culture, and influencing product roadmap with user-first design thinking.\n\nQualifications\n8-10 years of proven experience designing SaaS platforms (web and mobile), with a strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and workflow-driven products.\n\nExpertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Miro.\n\nStrong experience creating and scaling design systems for complex digital products.\n\nDeep understanding of SaaS UX patterns, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.\n\nFamiliarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Flutter) and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.\n\nHands-on experience with design analytics, usability testing, and modern UX KPIs.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to deliver at the pace of a high-velocity development team.\n\nNice to have experience in Martech/AdTech platforms, motion design/micro-interactions, multi-language SaaS design, and AI-driven design workflows.\n\nThe InMobi Culture\nAt InMobi, culture isn’t a buzzword; it's an ethos woven by every InMobian, reflecting our diverse backgrounds and experiences.\nWe thrive on challenges and seize every opportunity for growth.
