Summary : \n\ninMorphis is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).\n\nThe role involves leading end-to-end implementations, designing scalable enterprise solutions, translating business and regulatory requirements into technical architectures, and providing architectural leadership across enterprise engagements.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations, including solution architecture, design, configuration, and deployment.\n\n- Design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives, risk management requirements, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.\n\n- Implement and optimize ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).\n\n- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with clients, business stakeholders, risk teams, and compliance teams.\n\n- Translate business requirements into technical architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and platform configurations.\n\n- Provide technical leadership across solution design, development, integrations, testing, and deployment.\n\n- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow architecture standards, security guidelines, platform best practices, and implementation methodologies.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.\n\n- Review technical designs, guide development teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and manage architectural risks.\n\n- Support solution demonstrations, technical estimations, client presentations, and presales activities as required.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure solutions remain scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial experience in ServiceNow implementation and solution architecture.\n\n- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical Architect, specifically in GRC/IRM implementations.\n\n- Strong track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM projects from requirements gathering through deployment and go-live.\n\n- Deep understanding of GRC/IRM capabilities, risk frameworks, compliance processes, audit workflows, policy management, and third-party risk management.\n\n- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, Flow Designer, integrations, APIs, scripting, data models, and security controls.\n\n- Ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\n- Experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise implementation engagements.\n\n- Excellent client-facing, consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).\n\n- Experience with enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, audit, and third-party risk management programs.\n\n- Exposure to ServiceNow platform upgrades, enterprise integrations, and large-scale digital transformation projects.\n\nSkills\nSolution Architect,
