Policy and Compliance Management.\n\n2. Risk Management.\n\n3. Audit Management.\n\n4. Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).\n\n5. Integrated Risk Management workflows.\n\n- Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and clients.\n\n- Design workflows, data models, integrations, access controls, and platform configurations.\n\n- Provide technical leadership across architecture, development, integrations, testing, and deployment.\n\n- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow architecture standards, security guidelines, and implementation best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.\n\n- Review technical designs, guide development teams, resolve complex technical issues, and manage architectural risks.\n\n- Support solution demonstrations, technical discussions, estimations, and presales activities where required.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience.\n\n- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect / Technical Architect, specifically in GRC/IRM.\n\n- Strong track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations from requirement gathering through go-live.\n\n- Deep understanding of GRC/IRM capabilities, risk frameworks, compliance processes, audit workflows, and policy management.\n\n- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, Flow Designer, integrations, APIs, scripting, data models, and security controls.\n\n- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.\n\n- Strong client-facing, consulting, stakeholder management, and solutioning skills.\n\n- Experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise implementation engagements.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), relevant Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), CAD credentials, and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) will be an added advantage not mandatory.\n\n- Experience with enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, audit, and third-party risk management programs.\n\n-
