The role will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing works are executed to the required quality standards, approved designs, specifications, budgets, and project timelines, while maintaining a consistent brand identity across locations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and supervise all architectural, interior finishing, fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment works for Fawry Plus branches and facilities.\n\nReview approved architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, layouts, and project requirements before and during execution.\n\nEnsure all finishing works are executed in accordance with approved designs, Fawry Plus brand standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.\n\nDevelop and monitor work plans, project schedules, manpower requirements, and site execution strategies.\n\nCoordinate with Civil, MEP, Design, Procurement, Planning, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth project execution.\n\nCoordinate multiple branch fit-out and refurbishment activities simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and readiness for operation.\n\nManage and supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and agreed schedules.\n\nConduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, progress, materials, and compliance with approved designs.\n\nIdentify technical, architectural, and site-related issues and coordinate appropriate solutions to minimize delays and rework.\n\nReview shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, samples, and technical documentation related to finishing and fit-out works.\n\nEnsure proper coordination between architectural finishes, civil works, MEP services, signage, furniture, fixtures, and other branch requirements.\n\nEnsure consistency in the execution and finishing quality of Fawry Plus branches in line with the company's approved standards and visual identity.\n\nMonitor project progress and provide regular reports highlighting achievements, delays, risks, technical issues, and required corrective actions.\n\nEnsure that all materials and finishes used on site are in accordance with approved samples, specifications, and quality standards.\n\nMonitor contractors' performance, productivity, resource allocation, and adherence to project schedules.\n\nManage snagging, de-snagging, inspections, testing, and final handover of completed branches.\n\nCoordinate with Operations and relevant stakeholders to ensure branches are handed over in a safe, functional, and operationally ready condition.\n\nEnsure compliance with HSE policies and all applicable site safety requirements.\n\nMonitor project costs, control material wastage, and minimize unnecessary rework and additional costs.\n\nMaintain proper project documentation, inspection records, approvals, snag lists, and handover documents.\n\nParticipate in meetings with contractors, consultants, suppliers, management, and other stakeholders as required.\n\nProvide technical guidance and support to the finishing/fit-out team and ensure effective team performance.\n\nSupport the Project Manager in achieving project objectives, deadlines, quality standards, cost targets, and customer satisfaction.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve finishing standards, construction processes, cost efficiency, and branch delivery timelines.\n\nKey Performance Indicators\nTimely completion of branch fit-out and refurbishment projects.\n\nQuality and consistency of finishing works across Fawry Plus locations.\n\nCompliance with approved designs, specifications, and brand standards.\n\nEffective contractor and subcontractor performance.\n\nReduction of defects, snags, rework, and material wastage.\n\nSuccessful handover of branches within agreed timelines and budgets.\n\nCompliance with HSE and quality requirements.\n\nEffective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.\n\nRelevant experience in finishing, fit-out, retail, commercial, or branch rollout projects.\n\nExperience managing multiple sites or projects simultaneously is highly preferred.\n\nStrong knowledge of architectural finishes, interior fit-out, MEP coordination, construction materials, and site execution.\n\nExperience in managing contractors and subcontractors.\n\nGood understanding of BOQs, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and project schedules.\n\nStrong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD and relevant project management/reporting tools is preferred.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in retail branches, banking/financial services, commercial outlets, telecom branches, or other multi-location rollout and fit-out projects will be considered an
