We give events, festivals, venues, and live entertainment companies the tools to manage their communities, run ambassador and fan marketing campaigns, handle ticketing workflows, and drive engagement, all from one system. We work with close to 90 clients, including Verknipt, Loveland, Hangar, Kultlab, and Par-T, and we are expanding fast across Europe.\nWe are a team of 10, based in The Hague and growing quickly. You will have a direct line to the founders, real influence on how we sell, and the opportunity to help shape a commercial team that is scaling alongside the product.\nTHE ROLE\nWe are looking for an Account Executive to drive new business across our target markets: the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, depending on your language skills. You will own the full sales cycle: finding prospects, running demos, closing deals, and managing renewals. You will operate in a team of AE’s and report directly to the CEO.\nOur customers are events, festivals, venues, and live entertainment companies. The sales cycle is relationship-driven: you need to understand how these organizations work, what pressures they face around ticket sales, community engagement, and marketing, and how to position Innercrowd as the system that ties it all together. Most of our pipeline today comes from warm introductions and outbound outreach, so you should be comfortable doing both.\nWHAT YOU’ll DO\nProspect and generate pipeline through cold outreach, networking at events, and creative lead generation across NL, BE and DE.\n\nRun tailored product demos that connect Innercrowd's capabilities to each organizer's specific challenges around ticketing, community management, and marketing.\n\nOwn the full deal cycle from first contact through contract signature, including proposal writing and negotiation.\n\nManage and grow existing accounts by driving renewals, upsells, and high client satisfaction.\n\nFeed market insights back to the product and marketing teams. You are our ears on the ground.\n\nHit and exceed quarterly revenue targets. We will set clear, fair KPIs together.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, event tech, or a related commercial role (e.g. marketing manager at an event company).\n\nFluent in English plus fluent or native-level proficiency in at least one of our market languages: Dutch, German or French\n\nComfortable with outbound prospecting: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking at industry events.\n\nAble to work independently in a fast-growing company where you are expected to take ownership and move quickly.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nCompetitive base salary plus a commission structure totalling €70.000 - €110.000 OTE\n\nA modern office in The Hague city center.\n\nFree access to festivals and events through our client network.\n\nA small, collaborative team where your input directly shapes how we sell and grow.\n\nHOW TO APPLY\nSend your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note on why this role interests you to .
