We groeien hard in Nederland én Europa en zoeken iemand die die groei mee wil versnellen.\nWe zijn een ambitieus team van 10 mensen in hartje Den Haag. Je werkt direct samen met de oprichters en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en hebt invloed op hoe we onze salesorganisatie bouwen.\nDE ROL\nWe zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van het sluiten van nieuwe deals. Je vindt nieuwe prospects, benadert deze systematisch en voelt feilloos aan waar de pijnpunten liggen en welke problemen om een oplossing vragen.\nJe richt je op de Nederlandse en Belgische evenementenmarkt. Van festivals tot clubs en venues: jij zorgt ervoor dat Innercrowd aan tafel komt bij de juiste organisatoren.\nErvaring in SaaS is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Mentaliteit vinden we belangrijker. Als jij competitief bent, wilt winnen en graag beter wordt in sales, leren wij je de rest.\nWAT JE GAAT DOEN\nJe bouwt continu aan je eigen pipeline via cold calling, e-mail, LinkedIn, events en creatieve outboundcampagnes.\n\nJe plant en geeft productdemo's aan festival-, venue- en eventorganisatoren.\n\nJe begeleidt het volledige salesproces: van eerste contact tot getekend contract.\n\nJe bezoekt festivals, beurzen en netwerkevents om nieuwe relaties op te bouwen.\n\nJe werkt nauw samen met de CEO om deals te winnen en je salesvaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.\n\nJe deelt marktinzichten met de rest van het team zodat we continu verbeteren.\n\nJe werkt met duidelijke KPI's op het gebied van pipeline, demo's en nieuwe klanten.\n\nWAT WE ZOEKEN\nJe bent gericht op het behalen van resultaten.\n\nJe krijgt energie van outbound sales en bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken.\n\nJe hebt sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden, en je kunt goed luisteren.\n\nJe bent nieuwsgierig, leert snel en wilt jezelf ontwikkelen.\n\nJe hebt affiniteit met festivals, evenementen, nachtleven of de bredere entertainmentbranche.\n\nJe hebt een commerciële achtergrond of ervaring.\n\nJe spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en professioneel Engels.\n\nWAT WE BIEDEN\nEen basissalaris van €2.800 tot €4.000 bruto per maand.\n\nEen aantrekkelijke ongelimiteerde bonusregeling met een On Target Earnings (OTE) van €45.000 tot €75.000.\n\nEen duidelijk groeipad richting Senior Business Development of Account Executive.\n\nIntensieve coaching van de CEO en veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen.\n\nEen kantoor in het centrum van Den Haag.\n\nGratis toegang tot festivals en events uit ons klantennetwerk.\n\nEen klein, ambitieus team waar jouw impact direct zichtbaar is.\n\nKLINKT DIT ALS JIJ?\nStuur je cv of LinkedIn-profiel naar , samen met een korte motivatie.\nEen video waarin je jezelf voorstelt?
