Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and various stakeholders, the Corporate Buyer ensures the accuracy of purchase requests, processes purchase orders, tracks approvals, and resolves discrepancies.\nYour day-to-day!\nProcess and track purchase requests from the various business units.\nVerify the accuracy of the information submitted and assist applicants with any necessary adjustments.\nCreate, edit, and track purchase orders in the ERP system.\nCoordinate approvals and follow up as necessary with the relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain close communication with suppliers and internal customers to ensure that procurement activities run smoothly.\nParticipate in requests for quotes and the analysis of bids as needed.\nTrack the receipt of goods and services and help resolve discrepancies.\nWork with the accounting team to resolve issues related to billing and purchase orders.\nHelp create and update supplier records.\nCreate and maintain product records, catalogs, and price lists in the ERP system.\nDevelop expertise in procurement processes and tools to support internal users.\nProduce reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyses to improve operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with various teams to ensure compliance, data quality, and the efficiency of administrative processes.\nYour skills, our requirements!\nBilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) is required to facilitate ongoing collaboration with various stakeholders outside Quebec.\nDEC (College degree) in administration or a related field.\nAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.\nExperience with an ERP system (experience with Oracle is a plus).\nExcellent skills with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.\nStrong skills in coordination, administrative follow-up, and data management.\nExcellent communication and internal customer service skills.\nAnalytical mind, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.\nAdditional considerations!\nThe position is based at the company's head office in Longueuil, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.\n\nThis position is a P2 level.\n\nOur benefits!\nCompetitive salary and annual bonus.\nThree weeks vacation to start and paid vacations during the holiday season.\n100% Innergex-funded medical insurance from day one of employment, including primary care services via telemedicine.\nGroup retirement plans with employer participation.\n100% Innergex-funded Wellness account.\nElectric vehicle (E-VIP) incentive program.\nHybrid work model.\nCareer development opportunities.\nOffices accessible by public transportation.\nInnergex is an equal opportunity employer that values each person’s unique background, diversity, experiences, perspectives and talents.
