operations, maintenance, and compliance teams, as well as external contractors and service providers.\nYour day-to-day!\nOperations & Maintenance\nSupport the operation, inspection, and maintenance of wind turbines and balance-of-plant (BOP) systems, including electrical, civil, and transmission infrastructure\nAssist OEM crews with turbine maintenance activities as required\nCollaborate with the Site Manager to plan, prioritize, and execute daily and scheduled work activities\nCoordinate and oversee contractor and vendor activities, including work planning, site orientations, safety oversight, progress tracking, and verification of completed work\nSupport facility operations and ensure maintenance activities align with industry best practices and contractual performance requirements\nQA/QC & Reporting\nPerform QA/QC inspections on turbines and report deficiencies to the Site Manager\nConduct routine inspections of BOP assets, including electrical systems, civil infrastructure, roads, transmission lines, and collector systems\nDocument deficiencies, perform troubleshooting activities, and support the implementation of corrective actions\nMonitor asset condition and performance, identify issues, and recommend solutions to maximize performance and value retention\nCompliance & Safety\nEnsure all site activities are conducted in accordance with applicable safety requirements, NERC/WECC standards, and established operating procedures\nSupport compliance with environmental regulations related to hazardous waste management, spill prevention, avian studies, and wildlife conservation\nCoordinate with the Compliance team on the implementation of Innergex compliance procedures\nAssist with PRC-005 summaries, maintenance activity reviews, and tracker updates\nAssist with FAC-008 templates\nSupport audit preparation, evidence gathering, assessments, and responses to requests for information (RFIs)\nSupport other Regulatory Compliance initiatives as required\nGeneral Support\nAssist with the management of site tools, equipment, materials, and inventory\nProvide cross-functional and site-to-site operational support as skills, our requirements!\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nPost-secondary education or trade certification in a relevant technical field (electrical, mechanical, power engineering, renewable energy, instrumentation, millwright, heavy equipment), or an equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nPrevious experience as a wind turbine technician or equivalent trade experience\n\nKnowledge and experience in the operation and maintenance of high-voltage systems, substations, civil infrastructure, and SCADA systems\n\nWorking knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems\n\nAbility to perform troubleshooting and identify equipment faults\n\nExperience operating industrial equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and man lifts is an asset\n\nProfessional skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting capabilities\n\nCollaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders\n\nHigh level of accountability and attention to detail\n\nStrong understanding of occupational health and safety practices\n\nUnderstanding of environmental regulations and land stewardship practices\n\nPhysical & work environment
