We believe in offering an engaging, inclusive and supportive work environment where each team member can thrive.\nYour contribution!\nReporting to the Senior Director - Internal Audit, the Senior Internal Audit Manager is responsible for planning and conducting internal audit engagements, as well as helping to improve Innergex’s audit posture.\nYour day-to-day!\nNon-financial audit engagements: Plan and perform engagements in accordance with the audit plan (full cycle), i.e.\n\nConduct interviews with employees and managers to gather information\n\nAnalyze risks, identify controls\n\nTest internal controls\n\nIdentify control weaknesses in systems and processes, assess their impact, and provide practical recommendations for implementing corrective measures to mitigate risks\n\nDrafting action plans, negotiating with auditees regarding the selected solutions and implementation dates\n\nPreparing reports and presenting audit findings to management\n\nDocumentation of audit files and quality control\n\nMonitoring of action plans\n\nFinancial audit engagements: Plan and execute engagements in accordance with the audit plan (full cycle), i.e.\n\nUpdate the control portfolio and the risk and control matrices.
