We believe in offering an engaging, inclusive and supportive work environment where each team member can thrive.\nYour contribution!\nThe Specialist - Technical project integration is responsible for providing constructability technical leadership and integration oversight throughout the development, engineering, construction, energization, commissioning, and operational handover phases of renewable energy projects.\nThe role interfaces with Development, Engineering, Construction, Major Contracts, Utilities, and Operations to ensure constructability technical requirements are properly incorporated into project execution strategies and successfully delivered through commercial operation.\nThe position serves as the delegated technical coordinator for the Construction Department and provides recommendations to the Senior Director - Construction on technical, contractual, design, commissioning, and operational readiness matters.\nYour day-to-day!\nTechnical Integration & Engineering Governance:\nParticipate in multidisciplinary design review meetings.\nReview and assess civil, structural, electrical, SCADA, protection & control, substation, collection system, and turbine designs.\nCoordinate technical reviews by SMEs within the Field Construction teams.\nEvaluate technical deviations, contractor proposals, and engineering recommendations.\nEnsure technical requirements are aligned across TSA, BOPA, EPC, interconnection, and operational requirements.\nContract Technical Management:\nSupport the development and review of TSA, BOPA, EPC, major equipment, and long-term service agreements.\nCoordinate the review of TSA, BOPA, EPC, major equipment, and long-term service agreements by SMEs within the Field Construction teams.\nReview technical schedules, exhibits, performance requirements, and acceptance criteria.\nProvide technical recommendations to the Senior Director regarding commercial and contractual risks.\nEnergization & Commissioning Leadership:\nDevelop project energization and commissioning strategies.\n\nCoordinate utility interconnection activities and energization readiness reviews.\n\nOversee commissioning plans prepared by contractors and consultants.\n\nMonitor completion of:\nProtection and control systems\n\nSCADA integration\n\nCollection systems\n\nSubstation testing\n\nTurbine commissioning\n\nPerformance testing\n\nLead readiness assessments for First Energization and First Feeder Energization.
