It will show up in how custom shops run their day.\n As General Manager, Oceania, you run the region like it's your business. You own the strategy, the customers and the commercial results across Australia and New Zealand, and you report directly to our CEO.\nThis is a matrix role. The Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Success and Support people serving Oceania report solid-line to their global functional leaders and dotted-line to you. You set the regional agenda and deliver it through influence and credibility, not the org chart.\nWhat you'll own\nCommercial\nOwn the Oceania number: new business, expansion and retention\nSet regional strategy, the operating plan and segment focus; decide which parts of the AU/NZ joinery market we serve and which we don't\nOwn the regional budget and deliver a forecast leadership can plan against\nOwn regional contribution margin: revenue, direct costs and the local cost base\nOperational\nBuild and run the regional operating rhythm: pipeline reviews, account planning, escalation handling, and the cadence that keeps four functions aligned\nIn partnership with Sales leadership, drive pipeline health, forecast accuracy and deal strategy on the deals that matter\nDrive time-to-value, adoption, renewal and support quality for every AU/NZ customer\nSolve the time zone gap between our regional customers and US-based support\nPeople and influence\nShape hiring profiles, take part in recruiting, interviewing and hiring regional teammates, and contribute to performance conversations alongside functional managers\nEarn the trust and cooperation of global functional leaders, and escalate cleanly when alignment fails\nBuild what it means to work at INNERGY in this market\nMarket and company\nRepresent INNERGY in-region: education, associations, industry events, partnerships and the local narrative\nBe Oceania's voice into product and leadership on what's different here and what we need to win\n10+ years in B2B software, owning a regional or business-unit number across both new business and retention\nA track record of delivering results through a matrix, with people you didn't directly manage\nOwnership of a budget and contribution margin, plus a forecast leadership relied on\nFluency in SaaS metrics: ARR, net revenue retention, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, time-to-value\nCredibility with shop owners and executives alike, and comfort being INNERGY's public face in-region\nBased in Australia or New Zealand, with the flexibility to overlap with US working hours on a regular schedule\nBonus points\nSoftware for joinery, cabinetry, architectural woodworking, manufacturing or construction\nERP, CAD/CAM or vertical SaaS experience\nAn established AU/NZ network across industry associations, education bodies and partners\nExperience in a PE-backed company, including sponsor reporting\nExperience running customer support or success across time zones\nWhy INNERGY\nWe hire for how people show up, not just what’s on the resume.
