Working closely with systems architects and partnering with Engineering, Product, Security, and IT teams across the globe, you’ll help modernize infrastructure, strengthen observability, and ensure our systems can scale with INNERGY’s continued growth.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving challenging infrastructure and scalability problems, and takes ownership of the systems and tools engineering teams depend on.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Infrastructure & Architecture\nDesign, provision, maintain, and improve INNERGY’s Azure cloud infrastructure\nImplement and maintain infrastructure-as-code across environments\nIdentify opportunities to improve cloud cost, performance, scalability, and fault tolerance\nPartner with architects and engineering teams on infrastructure design and technical requirements\nCI/CD & Developer Platform\nBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable software delivery\nHelp standardize deployment patterns across INNERGY’s product suite\nSupport containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes\nReduce manual effort and operational toil through automation and self-service tooling\nPartner with development teams to improve deployment reliability and developer experience\nReliability & Observability\nSupport and improve SLO and SLA practices for production systems\nImplement and maintain observability across metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting\nSupport disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities to meet established recovery objectives\nParticipate in incident response, including maintaining runbooks, conducting postmortems, and improving operational processes\nCollaborate with global counterparts to support follow-the-sun coverage and system reliability\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement infrastructure security best practices and automated security controls\nSupport audit and compliance requirements\nPartner with IT and Security teams on vulnerability management, access controls, and infrastructure security\nIdentify and remediate infrastructure risks and reliability concerns\nTechnical Collaboration & Leadership\nPromote DevOps best practices across engineering teams\nMentor and support engineers on infrastructure, automation, and platform topics\nContribute technical expertise to architecture reviews and infrastructure planning\nEvaluate and recommend tools and technologies that improve reliability, automation, and developer productivity\nCollaborate with DevOps and IT counterparts across INNERGY’s global regions to maintain consistent practices and operational continuity\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience\n5+ years of software engineering or infrastructure experience, including 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or similar roles\nStrong experience managing cloud infrastructure in production SaaS environments\nHands-on experience deploying and supporting Kubernetes in production environments\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI\nStrong experience with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code technologies\nProficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages\nExperience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic\nStrong understanding of networking, security, system architecture, scalability, and high-availability design\nSoftware engineering background sufficient to understand, review, and contribute to development efforts\nAbility to apply AI-first approaches to tooling, automation, and problem-solving\nExperience supporting production reliability, including SLOs, incident management, root-cause analysis, and postmortems\nAbility to influence technical decisions and collaborate effectively across engineering teams\nProficiency with GitHub for source control, collaboration, and CI/CD workflows\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, or complex production environments\nDeep experience running production workloads in Microsoft Azure\nFamiliarity with .NET application environments\nExperience in manufacturing, ERP, or industrial software environments\nFamiliarity with SOC 2 or similar security and compliance frameworks\nExperience in high-growth SaaS or PE-backed environments\nExperience collaborating across distributed, global teams and time zones\nProficiency with Jira\n Accessibility & Work Environment\nINNERGY is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible work environment.
