Proficiency in MS Office / Google suite, with working knowledge of CRM platforms Proficiency in maintaining CRM and creating time-based reports. Knowledge of Web/Mobile Development Technologies (preferred) Experience of Project Management Tools like Basecamp, Zoho Projects (preferred).
