and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Azure Data Factory (ADF), ensuring reliable and efficient data integration.\n\n- Develop and optimize database objects, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers, to ensure performance and data integrity.\n\n- Manage data ingestion, transformation, quality, governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.\n\n- Lead data engineering initiatives, supporting data warehousing, reporting, and operational analytics platforms.\n\n- Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and resolve complex data-related challenges.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, vendors, and data providers to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions aligned with business objectives.\n\n- Manage a team of 2 to 3 junior data analysts and provide technical mentorship to junior team members and troubleshoot data-related blockers.\n\nSkills & Experience :\n\n- Strong experience in database architecture, data engineering, and the Microsoft technology stack.\n\n- Expertise in SQL Server, including database design, performance tuning, query optimization, and security.\n\n- Hands-on
