# Technical Delivery Manager

Role Overview We’re hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery for our ISV, OEM, and Enterprise accounts - a role combining strong technical delivery skills with the strategic and stakeholder-management strengths of an IIM background. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery (scope, timelines, quality, profitability) across ISV, OEM, and Enterprise accounts. Be the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for client stakeholders. Partner with sales/pre-sales on account growth, renewals, and upsell. Drive program governance - status reporting, risk management, SLAs/KPIs. Manage account P&L, staffing, and margins. Build and mentor delivery teams; represent delivery in CXO/QBR reviews. Required Skills & Experience 8-12 years in technical program/delivery management, ideally across ISV, OEM, and large Enterprise accounts. Strong technical foundation (software engineering, cloud, SaaS, or systems integration). Proven account P&L ownership and commercial negotiation experience.
