You monitor and control daily liquidity, further develop cash management processes and systems, and take responsibility for regulatory reporting. In a global environment, you work closely with subsidiaries, banks, central functions and supervisory authorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and control daily liquidity at national and international level\nManage bank accounts and payment transactions, including account overviews, payment approvals and reconciliations\nDaily settlement of FX derivatives: Netting, confirmation with banks and execution of payments\nEnsure high data and process quality within the cash management backoffice\nPrepare, coordinate and quality-assure regulatory reporting to central banks and supervisory authorities, for instance in connection with EMIR and AWV\nAnalyze existing workflows and optimize treasury processes and systems\nIdentify opportunities for automation and digitalization and contribute to their implementation\nSupport in monthly closing activities\nYour Qualifications\nProfessional Background and Expertise\n3-5 years of professional experience in cash management, treasury, payment operations or a comparable finance function\nDegree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking or a related field preferred, but not essential\nAlternatively, a comparable qualification gained through relevant professional experience\nSound knowledge of international banking and payment transactions\nExperience with regulatory reporting and requirements, particularly EMIR and AWV\nPractical experience in process optimization, digitalization and automation projects in Treasury\nSystems and Tools\nTreasury management system (preferably CORIMA by COPS)\nBanking portals, and payment platform\nPayment and interface systems, as well as reporting and automation tools\nPersonal Skills\nOutstanding accuracy and reliability: errors can lead to significant, in some cases material, cash losses for the company\nStrong analytical and structured thinking, combined with a high affinity for numbers\nA very high level of personal responsibility, diligence and commitment to quality\nInitiative, independence and a solution-oriented approach\nStrong communication and teamwork skills in an international environment\nResilience, sound prioritization skills and confidence in handling time-critical tasks\nInterest in process digitalization and continuous improvement\nLanguages and Collaboration\nVery good written and spoken English\nExperience working with international subsidiaries, banks and central functions\nRegular collaboration with subsidiaries and local finance teams, banks and payment service providers, Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Legal,
