assessments and keep cost and time constraints on track\n Champion safety - model and reinforce a culture where safety is everyone's first priority\nRequired Education and Experience\nB.S. in Chemical Engineering\n5+ years of experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical manufacturing\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nLean Manufacturing, GMP/FDA compliance, and Process Safety Management\nCapital expenditure planning, unit operations, PLC and DCS systems\nAbility to interpret technical journals, financial reports, and regulatory documents\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and regulatory agencies\nExperience responding to common inquiries or concerns from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nEnvironmental and/or Physical Requirements\nWork is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment
