In this role, you’ll help build, maintain, and modernize cloud-based applications across frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate is a senior software developer with strong experience across modern frontend and backend development, cloud platforms, databases, and automated testing. You’ll work closely with development, architecture, and product teams to deliver new features and support ongoing platform modernization.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions across frontend and backend systems.\nBuild reusable services, APIs, and shared business logic to support application scalability and maintainability.\nDevelop and maintain cloud-based applications and services.\nDesign and maintain infrastructure and deployment solutions using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices.\nDevelop and maintain automated testing solutions to support application quality and reliability.\nCollaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and deliver new platform capabilities.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nQualifications: \n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n7+ years of professional software development experience building commercial software applications.\nStrong experience developing modern frontend applications using React.\nStrong backend development experience with Node.js, C#, and Python.\nStrong experience with AWS, including Lambda, ECS, SQS, EventBridge, CloudFront, ALB, and related services.\nProven experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.\nExperience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with Jest and Playwright for automated testing.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools to support software development and improve productivity.\nAboutInnosphere:\n\nFounded in 1997, Innosphere has been delivering technology staffing and software development solutions to clients across North America for more than 29 years.
