This role combines technical expertise with a client-facing consulting and project management approach, requiring the ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong background in APIs and enterprise integrations, with a good understanding of AI concepts such as RAG and MCP. They are highly customer-facing, technically capable, and comfortable working across client, product, engineering, and sales teams.\nThis role requires travel to the United States, up to once per quarter. Qualified candidates must have authorization to travel to the Unites States.\nResponsibilities:\n\nServe as a customer-facing SME and Project Manager for Regology deployments.\n\nAct as the Subject Matter Expert for Regology integrations with enterprise systems.\n\nProvide customer training and guidance on the use and adoption of Regology.\n\nLead technical discussions related to APIs, enterprise integrations, AI, RAG, and MCP.\n\nGather and translate customer technical requirements for product and engineering teams.\n\nCoordinate project activities and work within the established delivery framework.\n\nSupport API buildouts, integration troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.\n\nPartner with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot integration-related challenges.\n\nProvide technical support during customer and sales discussions as required.\n\nManage approximately 75% Regology-related activities, with the remaining 25% supporting API, product, troubleshooting, and sales initiatives.\n\nQualifications:\n\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent professional experience.\n\n7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical project management, enterprise integrations, or similar roles.\n\nStrong technical knowledge of APIs and integration technologies with enterprise systems.\n\nModerate understanding of AI technologies and integrations, including concepts such as RAG and MCP.\n\nAbility to explain technical and AI concepts to customers, troubleshoot issues, and translate requirements for product and engineering teams.\n\nExperience working directly with clients in a consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology environment.\n\nExperience coordinating technical implementations, integrations, or software deployments.\n\nPrior programming experience with languages such as Python, Ruby, or similar technologies is considered an asset.\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to learn and adapt quickly across multiple technologies, platforms, and tools.\n\nAboutInnosphere:\n\nFounded in 1997, Innosphere has been delivering technology staffing and software development solutions to clients across North America for more than 29 years.
