With a positive attitude, we can provide you with the training, knowledge and experience to succeed.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork with an established production team to build acoustic transmitters \nAssemble miniature electronics and small mechanical parts \nWork under a microscope, with a steady hand and an eye for detail \nLearn build processes for multiple products and stations\nParticipate in problem solving and continuous improvement projects \nEnsure production standards, quality, and safety are maintained at every step \nMaintain an organized workspace \nOperate within standard operating procedures and to quality standards\nAll required training is provided \nWhat We’re Looking For\nGrade 12 or equivalent experience and capability \nProficient with Windows operating system \nBasic computing skills: Email and file/folder navigation \nStrong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work on repetitive tasks\nWork well in a team environment, as well as use your own initiative\nOperate with safety as a priority\nExcellent communication skills \nAdaptable to change\nAbility to sit for long periods of time with ability to move around\nAbility to learn and operate machinery\nBenefits\nOur full-time employees enjoy a range of benefits that support work-life balance, health, and long-term success.
