About the Role

We are looking for a Sr./Manager Product Operations to drive operational excellence across the Product organization. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to improve product planning, governance, AI adoption, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, process optimization, and AI-first operational practices to scale product operations and accelerate business outcomes.

A Day in the Life

• Product Operations
• Drive product planning, roadmap governance, portfolio tracking, and operational reviews.
• Establish standardized operating processes, documentation, reporting frameworks, and planning cadences.
• Support quarterly planning, prioritization, executive reviews, and strategic initiatives.

• AI-led Operations & Governance
• Drive AI-led process governance by identifying opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, deploy, and scale AI agents that streamline product and business operations.
• Define governance frameworks, adoption metrics, and best practices to ensure responsible, measurable, and sustainable AI adoption across the organization.
• Track AI impact through productivity, quality, adoption, and business outcome metrics, driving continuous optimization.

• Business Insights & Growth
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product-market fit assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze product adoption, customer feedback, pipeline trends, and business performance to generate actionable insights.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market planning and business growth.
• Develop and monitor business metrics, revenue attribution, ROI, and executive dashboards to measure product impact.

• Operational Excellence
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation across product operations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor product health, operational efficiency, business KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardized governance, metrics, operating rhythms, and best practices.

• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and enable informed decision-making.
• Facilitate leadership reviews, communicate strategic updates, and provide recommendations that improve product and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 3-4 years in a Program Manager role handling digital/tech/cloud projects. Demonstrated experience in market research, competitive intelligence, and data-driven growth initiatives is highly preferred.
• Education: Postgraduate degree (e.g., PGDM/MBA in HR/Management, Marketing, or equivalent) preferred. Technical background (B.Tech/M.Tech) is a plus.
• Certifications:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Basics of Project Management / PMP preferred
• Six Sigma White Belt or higher
• Foundation of UX Design (added advantage)
• Strong analytical foundation with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing tools), and dashboarding platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
• Proven experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Self-starter mindset with bias for action, clarity, and results.
• Strong understanding of funnel mechanics, pipeline stages, and campaign performance metrics
