If you're passionate about helping customers realize the value they seek with technology, then our customer success team is the right place for you\nA Day in the Life\nLead end-to-end project delivery across scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management.\nManage Agile delivery frameworks and scale processes across teams and stakeholders.\nOwn project execution against contract/service order, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.\nTranslate complex healthcare and RCM requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.\nDevelop and maintain project artifacts: charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans, best practices, and lessons learned.\nTrack and report progress using tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and others.\nProactively manage risks and issues, driving resolution through stakeholder collaboration.\nPrepare and present governance reports, OKRs, KPIs, and executive dashboards.\nCoordinate across product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery.\nOversee transition to production support and manage post-go-live activities including ticket resolution.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos.\nServe as a subject matter expert in project management and Agile delivery within the organization.\nWhat You Need\n10+ years of over all experience with 5+ years of core program management experience in healthcare technology and agile frameworks\nProven experience in RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, and value-based care models.\nHands-on experience with large system implementations, especially EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, etc.).\nVery strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.\nBackground in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.\nProficiency in project management and Agile tools: JIRA (Hands-on and must be able to write complex JQL’s), Confluence, Smart sheet, Rally; AI Tools (Hands-on).\n Experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) including prompt engineering and practical application to improve workflows, processes, or team efficiency.\nExperience with healthcare data formats: CCDA, HL7, FHIR.\nFamiliarity with APIs, SQL, BI tools, and automation concepts.\nPMP or equivalent certification preferred.\nExperience with government healthcare programs is a plus..\nWe offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.\nGenerous Leaves: Enjoy generous leave benefits of up to 40 days.\nParental Leave: Leverage one of industry's best parental leave policies to spend time with your new addition.\nSabbatical: Want to focus on skill development, pursue an academic career, or just take a break?
