This role is ideal for candidates who have operated in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments and are now looking to own outcomes end-to-end inside a product-led organization.\nThe Senior Project Manager will translate complex, ambiguous business and technical problems into structured delivery plans, drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and data teams, and ensure AI initiatives move from concept and pilot to production and adoption. This role regularly engages senior customer and internal leadership and reports progress through clearly defined OKRs and KPIs.\nA Day in the Life\nLead delivery of AI-driven programs aligned to customer contracts and strategic initiatives.\nPartner with executive stakeholders to define problem statements, success metrics, and delivery scope.\nTranslate high-level AI concepts into executable plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies.\nDrive execution across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, security, and customer success.\nCreate and maintain project, release, and sprint plans; present updates to customer and internal leadership.\nTrack execution using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.\nDevelop and maintain consulting-grade delivery artifacts including project charters, roadmaps, governance decks, and executive readouts.\nProactively identify and manage risks related to data readiness, integration complexity, compliance, and change management.\nPrepare and publish weekly, monthly, and executive governance updates with a focus on outcomes, not activity.\nManage resource capacity, utilization, and delivery tradeoffs across parallel initiatives.\nLead customer and internal working sessions; document decisions and drive action items to closure.\nPartner closely with product, engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to unblock execution.\nOwn transition from pilot or build phases into production deployment and steady-state support.\nTrack and report KPIs and OKRs tied to delivery health, adoption, and value realization.\nIdentify and remove organizational, process, and cultural impediments to delivery.\nServe as a trusted execution partner and advisor to customers and internal leadership.\nRequirements\nWhat You Need\n7+ years of experience in project or program management within healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.\nBachelor's degree.\nProven ability to present to executive leadership and navigate competing priorities.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and data science.\nExperience with hybrid Agile delivery frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).\nExperience managing client-facing delivery conversations.\nPMP certification or equivalent experience in enterprise program governance.\nAble to travel within the United States.\nAvailable for overlap with India hours.\nPreferred\n2+ years of exposure to AI initiatives.\nExperience working with healthcare data and interoperability standards (CCDA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).\nBenefits\nWe offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.\nHere’s What We Offer\nGenerous Paid Time Off: Recharge and relax with 20 days of fixed time off per year, in addition to company holidays-because we believe work-life balance fuels performance.\nBest-in-Class Parental Leave: Spend quality time with your growing family.
