Your expertise will shape our vendor partnerships and operational success, collaborating globally to deliver results with professionalism and finesse.\nA Day in the Life of a Senior Specialist\nEvaluating potential suppliers to assess compatibility with business requirements and use cases, quality standards, and pricing considerations\nSupplier onboarding with precise document verification, record keeping & tagging.\nManage purchase requests and apply sourcing strategies to source quality vendors.\nDraft RFQ or RFP documents to source quotes/proposals for open PRs from all assigned departments as per the alignment from the senior procurement manager.\nSupplier Selection by following the right procurement policies & procedures\nLead the negotiation of technology contracts, focusing on cost optimization, service quality.\nPrepare Selection Reports and get necessary approvals before proceeding for PO\nOpen PR/PO management. Release PO in time with accuracy.\nCommunicate/Collaborate with suppliers for deliveries to various centers across India and global locations\nUpkeep procurement records for any audits as per the policy guidelines.\nRecord all procurement contracts and its lifecycle in the contract management system and intimate team on upcoming renewals.\nManage procurement operation day to day activities\nUnderstanding of Data Privacy and their implications in vendor contracts.\nDemonstrate expertise in procuring hardware, CCTV, AMCs, and renewals, engaging confidently with OEMs to meet business requirements.\nWhat You Need\n9 years+ of procurement experience in IT/ITES or large global organizations /Startups, Or equivalent sales experience with an OEM distributor or partner.\nExperience in categories like Administration, IT, Manpower Services, Professional Services.\nExperience working with stakeholders from IT, Admin, HR, Marketing, Finance & Legal. \nExperience facing internal and external audits.\nExperience in handling RFPs with commercial & technical weightage.\nSolid Understanding entire procurement life cycle from Ticket/ PR to PO creation\nHands-on Experience with sourcing & procurement tools\nAbility to draft & review commercial contract clauses.\nShould have worked on all kinds of sourcing i.e. cloud subscriptions, on-prem subscriptions, hardware, office equipment, contracts for manpower or legal services etc\nAbility to perform in a fast paced environment.\nExcellent inter- personal communication skills both written and oral.
