About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented apprentice to support our Human Resources (HR) Operations team with day-to-day HR activities, employee support, data management, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with technology, and is looking to gain practical exposure to HR operations in a dynamic work environment.

A Day in the Life

· Support day-to-day HR Operations activities and help ensure smooth employee experience.

· Coordinate with employees and cross-functional teams on HR-related activities and requests.

· Assist with employee onboarding and other HR processes to ensure timely coordination and follow-ups.

· Maintain and manage HR records, documents, and data with accuracy and confidentiality.

· Support data management, cleaning, and basic reporting using Excel and Google Sheets.

· Assist with HR projects, audits, process improvements, and other ad-hoc requirements.

· Organize meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and support the team with day-to-day operational activities.

What You Need

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

· Must be available for an apprenticeship tenure of a minimum of 1 year.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

· Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and systems.

· Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.
