experience.\nExperience establishing or leading an enterprise AI strategy, automation program, product organization, or transformation office.\nExperience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, workflow automation technologies, or related enterprise AI solutions.\nProduct leadership experience within multi-site, multi-state, or highly matrixed organizations.\nExperience leading process redesign and digital transformation initiatives across clinical, operational, corporate, or shared services functions.\nUnderstanding of data governance, analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and responsible AI principles.\nExperience partnering closely with software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology teams.\nLean, Six Sigma, Agile, Product
