You’ll build meaningful coaching relationships and support teachers through the full journey - from their first steps with Innovamat to becoming confident, independent practitioners who can successfully implement Innovamat while continuing to strengthen their mathematics instruction.\nYou’ll have the autonomy to shape how coaching happens in your schools - designing personalized math success plans, adapting your approach to different educators and contexts, and becoming a trusted thought partner for teachers and school leaders.\nIf you’re passionate about developing educators, thinking deeply about how students learn mathematics, and creating lasting change in classrooms, this is an opportunity to take your impact to the next level.\nWhat You Will Do\nBe the Math Success specialist - not just supporting implementation, but transforming how teachers think about and teach math\n\nDesign and deliver personalized Professional Development (PD) journeys, tailoring coaching plans to each school and teacher\n\nCoach teachers in real classrooms through observations, live modeling, and feedback cycles\n\nHelp shift instruction toward thinking classrooms, where students actively reason, explore, and engage deeply with math\n\nDrive measurable impact - from teacher confidence to student engagement and conceptual understanding\n\nLead hands-on, math-focused PD sessions and workshops rooted in real classroom practice\n\nAct as a trusted thought partner to educators, supporting them through challenges and growth\n\nBuild a strong community of math educators across your region\n\nTravel 30-50% of your time to schools and districts\n\nYou Have\nA strong background in mathematics, math education, and instructional coaching. You are a current or former math teacher with a clear academic and professional focus on mathematics and its teaching, and experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting other educators in their instructional practice. Experience teaching or coaching elementary or K-8 mathematics is strongly preferred.\n\nA passion to bring cutting-edge research into the classroom and positively impact students and teachers.\n\nExpertise in creating meaningful relationships and generating opportunities with district-level administrators, or equivalent.\n\nA knack for speaking and connecting with teachers.
