We are one of the few organizations in the sector with independently validated efficacy data from external research institutions, and the first non-American organization to pass the California State Board of Education adoption process for a core math curriculum.\nAbout the Role\nThe U.S. is one of Innovamat’s most important growth markets, and we’re looking for a Strategy Associate to work closely with our VP of Global Marketing, on the initiatives that will help us scale.\nThis role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, growth, and go-to-market. You’ll help answer questions like:\nHow do we reach more schools and educators across the U.S.?\n\nWhich markets, audiences, and channels should we prioritize?\n\nHow can we build a stronger top-of-funnel engine?\n\nHow should we position Innovamat to drive awareness and demand?\n\nWhich initiatives are actually driving growth, and where should we invest more?\n\nYou’ll combine strategic thinking and analytical rigor with hands-on execution, working closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and local market teams.\nThis is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn extremely fast, work closely with senior leadership, and have a direct impact on building a company’s growth engine from the ground up.\nKey Responsibilities\nGo-to-Market & Market Strategy\nAnalyze U.S. markets, customer segments, competitors, and growth opportunities.\n\nIdentify the channels, audiences, and messages with the highest potential to drive awareness and pipeline.\n\nPartner with Sales and the CRO to connect growth initiatives to commercial outcomes.\n\nGrowth & Demand Generation\nLaunch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels, tracking CPL, conversion, and ROI.\n\nDesign experiments across campaigns, content, partnerships, sampling, and events; measure results and scale what works.\n\nCreate US-native marketing and sales materials, including emails, landing pages, and one-pagers.\n\nSupport book giveaways, conferences, and other initiatives that generate leads and open doors with schools.\n\nAnalytics & Strategic Projects\nBuild dashboards and analyses to track funnel performance and turn data into actionable insights.\n\nLead high-impact projects from problem definition through execution.\n\nWork cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to turn insights into action.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe care less about your resume than how you think, how fast you learn, and the energy you bring to building something meaningful.\nExperience\n1-3 years of experience in a high-performing environment such as strategy consulting, investment banking, a high-growth startup, or a strategic marketing/commercial role.\n\nExperience working on complex analytical or cross-functional projects.\n\nExposure to growth, marketing, sales, or go-to-market is a strong plus.\n\nSkills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nStructured and commercially minded thinker.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English\n\nStrong proficiency in presentations and spreadsheets; AI skills are a plus.\n\nComfortable working with ambiguity and moving quickly.\n\nMindsets\nHigh ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.\n\nIntellectually curious, humble, and eager to learn.\n\nHands-on and comfortable moving between strategy and execution.\n\nPositive, proactive, and solution-oriented.\n\nStrong collaborator who can build relationships across teams.\n\nAmbitious and excited to grow with the company.\n\nPassion for math and/or education\n\nWhat You’ll Get\nThe opportunity to help build and scale Innovamat’s U.S. growth engine.\n\nDirect mentorship and exposure to Global Marketing and US leadership.\n\nExposure to the full funnel, from top-of-funnel and demand generation to commercial growth.\n\nMeaningful ownership and the opportunity to see your work go from strategy → execution → results.\n\nA fast-learning, entrepreneurial environment with plenty of room to grow.\n\n$80,000 - $100,000 salary.\n\n5% 401(k) match.\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\n\n22 days PTO plus our company Christmas shutdown.\n\nTeam offsites and travel opportunities.\n\nIf you think you are that person we are looking for, we would love to meet you!\nInnovamat is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
