This role requires strong hands-on expertise in the VTEX ecosystem, advanced React knowledge, and proven experience working directly with clients and teams based in the United States.\nThe ideal candidate combines solid technical depth with autonomy, strong communication skills, and the ability to participate in complex implementations and migrations from discovery through production.\nKey responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable e-commerce solutions using VTEX.\nLead or actively participate in end-to-end VTEX implementations and migrations.\nDevelop and customize storefront experiences using React and the VTEX ecosystem.\nAnalyze existing e-commerce platforms and define migration strategies, technical approaches, risks, and dependencies.\nIntegrate VTEX with third-party services, APIs, payment providers, ERP, CRM, and other business systems.\nCollaborate directly with US-based clients, product teams, designers, and other engineers.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into reliable technical solutions.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and identify sustainable solutions.\nContribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, estimations, and implementation planning.\nApply software engineering best practices, including clean code, code reviews, testing, documentation, and performance optimization.\nSupport and mentor other engineers when needed.\nYour profile\n8+ years of professional software development experience.\n5+ years of hands-on experience working with VTEX.\nProven experience delivering complete VTEX implementations and migration projects in production environments.\nStrong proficiency in React and modern front-end development.\nSolid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce architecture.\nExperience collaborating directly with US-based clients or teams.\nStrong spoken and written English, with the ability to participate confidently in technical and client-facing conversations.\nAbility to work autonomously, manage priorities, and make sound technical decisions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nWhy us?\nAt INNOVANT, we celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
