You will work closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions and ensure predictable, reliable delivery.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact:\n\nLead Teams & Delivery:\n\n- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers and technical leads.\n\n- Own delivery of product roadmap initiatives with strong execution and quality.\n\n- Drive effective engineering practices across planning, development, code reviews, and releases.\n\nDrive Architecture & Engineering Excellence:\n\n- Design and evolve scalable applications using MERN/MEAN technologies.\n\n- Provide technical leadership across React.js/Angular, Node.js, APIs, microservices, and databases.\n\n- Drive best practices around performance, security, scalability, testing, and maintainability.\n\n- Partner with QA and DevOps to strengthen CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and production reliability.\n\nPartner Cross-Functionally:\n\n- Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams to define technical solutions and roadmaps.\n\n- Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and technical decisions to stakeholders.\n\n- Ensure engineering outcomes align with customer and business objectives.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\n\n- 9 - 14 years of software engineering experience with strong engineering leadership/management experience.\n\n- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.\n\n- Strong expertise in React.js/Angular, Node.js, and MERN/MEAN stack development.\n\n- Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.\n\n- Experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products using Agile and DevOps practices.\n\n- Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nSuccess in the Role:\n\n- Within the first 90 - 180 days, you will be expected to:\n\n1. Improve delivery predictability and engineering productivity.\n\n2. Strengthen code quality, automated testing, and release reliability.\n\n3. Drive key architecture and technical-debt initiatives.\n\n4.
