Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassung, Analyse und strukturierte Aufbereitung von Werkzeug- und Spannmitteldaten für digitale Fertigungsprozesse
  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau konsistenter Datenmodelle zur Unterstützung zukünftiger Automatisierungsschritte
  • Entwicklung und Einbringung neuer Ideen zur Optimierung digitaler Datenstrukturen und Klassifizierungsstandards
  • Einsatz moderner KI-Tools zur Analyse technischer Daten sowie zur Gestaltung effizienter Workflows
  • Ableitung praxisnaher Anforderungen aus realen Fertigungsprozessen sowie Recherche technischer Merkmale aus Katalogen, Normen und Online-Quellen

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Studium Maschinenbau, Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Grundverständnis für Werkzeuge, Spannmittel und Fertigungsprozesse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken, ERP- oder Toolmanagement-Systemen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Datenbankanwendungen sowie erste Berührungspunkte mit CAD/CAM-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in Matlab oder Programmierung sind von Vorteil
