software development with a focus on backend technologies.\nStrong knowledge of Microservices architecture and design patterns.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.\nExperience with RESTful APIs and developing scalable web services.\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.\nSolid understanding of database technologies, both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).\nExperience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven architecture.\nKnowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.\nNice to have:\nExperience in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nContributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.\n Must Hold solid Microservices experience (At least two projects delivered).\nMust have developed and successfully deployed to production at least three products built on a microservices architecture (containerized, CI/CD-enabled, observability in place).\nExpectations:\nParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.\nWork closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.\nConduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve
