In this role, you will be responsible for setting up the MAS environment (OpenShift/hybrid cloud), tailoring business logic and UI to client specifications, and integrating existing legacy applications and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, SCADA, GIS) into the Maximo ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\n Architecture & Setup:\nPlan, configure, and maintain IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9+) core components, including MAS Manage, MAS Monitor, MAS Health, and MAS Predict.\nCollaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to support deployment on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (ROCP) (on-premises or cloud-hosted).\nConfigure security, directory integration (LDAP/SAML/SSO), and role-based access controls.\nCustomisation & Configuration:\nImplement custom business logic using Automation Scripts (Jython/Python, JavaScript).\nCustomise applications using Maximo Application Designer, Database Configuration, Domains, and Workflow Designer.\nDevelop complex workflows matching standard operating and maintenance procedures.\nIntegration & Data Migration:\nDesign and configure enterprise integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, JSON, and Kafka/MQ queues.\nIntegrate MAS with external systems such as ERPs (SAP/Oracle), IoT/SCADA platforms, GIS (Esri), and document management repositories.\nPlan and execute data migration and schema mapping from legacy Maximo (v7.6) or external systems to MAS.\n Testing, Go-Live & Client Engagement:\nConduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nProvide technical documentation including technical architecture designs, interface control documents (ICDs), and operational runbooks.\nDeliver client handover sessions and tier-3 technical troubleshooting during stabilization.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nExperience:\n 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with IBM Maximo (at least 1-2+ years dedicated experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8.x/9.x)).\nProven track record of configuring Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) environments hosting Maximo Suite.\nStrong expertise in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/JSON APIs, Web Services, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).\nProficiency in Automation Scripting (Python/Jython) and SQL (Oracle DB, IBM Db2, or MS SQL Server).\nFamiliarity with Maximo Manage modules: Asset, Work Order, Inventory, Purchasing, and Preventive Maintenance.\nPreferred Skills & Certifications\nIBM Certified Deployment Professional -
