There is a good chance that one of our products is already in your home!\nWhat will you do as Procurement & SRM Data Management intern?\nAs a Procurement & SRM Data Management Intern, you will support the Procurement team with the launch and ongoing data management of our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tool. The SRM tool is a central platform containing supplier information and documentation. You will help ensure that supplier data is complete, accurate, well structured and ready to support effective supplier management.\nYou will be involved in, for example:\nReviewing and correcting supplier records already uploaded in the SRM tool;\n\nIdentifying missing supplier data and supporting its collection from internal stakeholders or Suppliers;\n\nUploading and organizing supplier-related documents in the system;\n\nMaintaining data-quality standards and following up on open data points;\n\nSupporting basic reporting on data completeness, progress and supplier information;\n\nAssisting the Procurement team with administrative activities related to supplier management.\n\nBy doing this, you will play an important role in creating a reliable and well-organised supplier-data foundation, helping the Procurement team work efficiently and enabling a smooth SRM launch.\nWhat will you learn?\nDuring this internship you will learn to:\nBe part of an international Purchasing team in the beauty and consumer-products industry;\n\nGain insight into purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, and collaboration with other departments ;\n\nSupport the implementation of a new SRM tool and learn how digital systems improve purchasing processes;\n\nWork with supplier and market information to support data-driven business decisions;\n\nDevelop practical analytical, organizational, and communication skills while contributing to meaningful projects.\n\nThis makes the internship a valuable learning experience if you are interested in procurement, supply chain, data quality and business operations.\nWhat do we offer you?\nA creative internship in which you are challenged and can learn a lot:\nAn internship allowance, a very generous, extensive lunch for €2.70 per day, and a laptop;\n\nClose guidance from experienced colleagues within the Concept & Innovation team;\n\nThe opportunity to work on real client cases and see your ideas translated into concrete proposals;\n\nPlenty of room to experiment with new tools, including AI-driven design and research;\n\nWorking in an international, dynamic environment within the beauty industry;\n\nAn open, creative team where your input matters and you can spar a lot with others.\n\nRequirements\nWho are we looking for?\nYou are a proactive and detail-oriented intern who enjoys working in a structured, international and dynamic environment.\nYou recognise yourself in:\nStrong attention to detail and a structured way of working;\n\nComfort working with databases, digital platforms and Excel;\n\nAn analytical mindset and the ability to review data critically;\n\nThe ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information and duplicate records;\n\nGood organisational and time-management skills;\n\nThe ability to work independently while collaborating with Procurement, other internal stakeholders and suppliers;\n\nGood written and spoken English;\n\nAn interest in purchasing, supplier management, supply chain or business operations;\n\nA proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and confidence to ask questions when information is unclear.\n\nThis role would suit a student who is currently studying, or has recently graduated, in one of the following areas:\nProcurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations Management;\n\nBusiness Administration, International Business or Economics.\n\nExperience with Excel, ERP, CRM, SRM or other database-driven business systems would be beneficial, but is not essential. The most important qualities are an interest in data quality, a proactive attitude, analytical ability and motivation to learn about procurement and supplier management.\nPractical details\nHours per week: 32 hours.\n\nDuration: Approximately mid-/end October until the end of December 2026.A\n\nLocation: IBG Netherlands - Amsterdam Sloterdijk (3 minutes walking form the station)\n\nThe exact end product of your internship will be defined together with you.
