They will work closely with program, security, and government property personnel to determine and comply with applicable contractual requirements. In addition, they will be responsible for processing equipment and materials necessary for IDT operations, which may also include periodic inventory.\n\nClearance & Location Requirements:\nAll applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.\nThis is a fully on-site position based out of our Arlington, VA location.\nKey Responsibilities\nWhat You Will Do:\nProvide logistics support to program, security, and government property personnel\nPrepare, coordinate, and analyze classified and unclassified documentation for both receipts and shipments\nPhysically open packages and perform kind, count, and condition of items\nPhysically move equipment and material to staging areas within the facility\nMatch packing slips and perform reconciliation of documentation to physical material\nWork closely with procurement personnel to resolve discrepancies and coordinate the return of merchandise as required\nPrepare packages and documentation for shipments\nCoordinate with carriers and building engineer for pickup and delivery of packages\nConduct physical inventories of classified and unclassified equipment and material in accordance with established plans.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n Who You Are (Required):\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent full-time professional experience.\n1+ year of supply chain experience\nAbility to lift 45 pounds unassisted \nWhat Makes You Stand Out:\nCost Point User\nSharePoint User\nAdvanced Microsoft Office Skills\nExcellent Customer Service skills\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nThrives in a team environment, but capable of working independently\nDependable, demonstrating strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive\nIf you see yourself reflected in this role and are excited about the impact you could make, we encourage you to apply!
