This role supports operational efficiency by following established safety protocols and utilizing preventive and predictive maintenance practices. The technician plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring all systems operate at optimal performance to help achieve the site’s business goals and objectives.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPerform a wide range of maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment\nRespond promptly to emergency and unscheduled equipment repairs during production, while also completing scheduled maintenance during planned downtime\nCarry out basic machinist tasks as needed to support equipment repair and fabrication\nApply strong mechanical aptitude across systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, to diagnose issues and perform effective repairs\nRead and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to accurately complete maintenance tasks\nIdentify root causes of equipment failures, repair or replace defective components, and test systems to ensure proper operation\nPerform routine preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility systems to maximize uptime and efficiency\nSafely operate a variety of hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and material handling devices\nIdentify and report unsafe conditions, faulty operations, or defective materials to appropriate personnel\nAdhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment\nProvide cross-coverage for team members during vacations or absences as needed\nSupport overall operations by performing additional duties as assigned\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nStrong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills\nHigh level of integrity and commitment to ethical conduct and workplace safety\nEffective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and clearly report issues\nResults-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and minimizing downtime\nSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems\n6 months to 1 year of related maintenance or technical experience preferred\nDemonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment\nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM\nThe Perks of Joining Our Team\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage-plus a few weeks of paid parental leave when it matters most\nPaid time off and holidays to help you unwind and recharge\nReal opportunities to grow your skills and make an impact as we evolve\nA collaborative team that’s adaptable, supportive, and driven to succeed together\nA 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions to help you build your future\nPhysical Demands\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
