This role requires strong technical knowledge of production equipment, adherence to SOPs and GMP standards, and the ability to lead and support team members on the production line. The Operator II plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and continuous improvement efforts.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOperate filling, packaging, labeling, and sealing equipment safely and efficiently\nRead production schedules, complete changeovers, and run high-speed production lines\nTroubleshoot equipment, perform breakdowns/cleaning, and reassemble components to specifications\nSet up and adjust cappers, labelers, banders, shrink wrap, induction seal, and inkjet equipment\nOperate pasteurizers and maintain required CCPs\nFollow SOPs, GMPs, MPRs, and work instructions to ensure quality and compliance\nMonitor product quality, understand AQL standards, and address issues proactively\nLead, train, and support team members on the production line\nPartner with Maintenance to identify and report equipment issues early\nAccurately complete production documentation and Redzone entries\nSupport continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives\nPerform other duties as assigned or needed\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nStrong quality focus with excellent attention to detail\nProven ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues related to weights, torque, labeling, and defects\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nStrong team player with leadership capabilities\nComfortable using computers and tablets in a manufacturing environment\nSolid understanding of SOPs, GMPs, and production best practices\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nMinimum of 4+ years of experience operating or maintaining technical manufacturing equipment\nSchedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to exert up to 40 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, or pull objects\nWalking, standing for extended periods, and repetitive motions\nManual dexterity\nAbility to talk and hear in a manufacturing environment\nWork Environment\nThis role involves working in manufacturing areas where personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection, may be required. GMP practices are strictly enforced.
