The Enterprise IDV cluster builds our identity verification platform: document capture, biometric and liveness checks, facial matching, and case management, used by banks, fintechs, telcos, and trust service providers, and deployed as SaaS, private cloud, or on-premise. As Senior Product Manager, you'll take hands-on ownership of specific product areas within the platform - running discovery, defining requirements, and driving delivery from idea to shipped, adopted capability.

In Your First Month, You'll...

• Get hands-on with the Enterprise IDV Platform: how it's architected, how it's deployed (SaaS, private cloud, on-premise), and where today's biggest gaps are in the areas you'll own.
• Sit in on customer, sales, and delivery conversations to build a first-hand view of what enterprise buyers actually need.
• Meet the engineering, R&D, Professional Services, and Sales teams you'll be working with day to day.

As You Settle Into The Role, You'll Start Contributing By...

• Owning the backlog for your product area(s): writing clear epics and stories, running refinement, and prioritizing based on customer and business input.
• Running product discovery with customers, prospects, and sales to validate problems before committing delivery capacity to them.
• Defining and tracking the metrics that tell us whether your area is working - activation, conversion / straight-through-processing rate, integration time-to-value - and using them to guide day-to-day prioritization.
• Turning validated requirements into specifications engineering can build against, with clear acceptance criteria.

Within Your First Year, You'll Have The Opportunity To...

• Be the go-to product manager for your area(s) of the platform - trusted by engineering, sales, and customers to make the right call on scope and sequencing.
• Feed customer and market insight from your area back into the cluster roadmap.
• Represent product directly with enterprise customers in QBRs and technical evaluations, and with Sales on deal-level requirements for your area.
• Take on ownership of a second product area or a larger, cross-cutting initiative as your track record builds.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• SaaS product experience. You've owned features or a product area within a SaaS product through real customer usage - not just written requirements, but seen them used, measured, and iterated on.
• Interest in and aptitude for learning complex, technical, regulated domains - you don't need a background in identity verification, but you should be energized by getting deep into how document capture, biometrics, and fraud/compliance workflows actually work. Prior exposure to identity verification, biometrics, fraud/risk, or compliance-heavy products (e.g. KYC/AML, digital identity regulation) is a strong plus, but not required.
• Strong product discovery skills: running customer interviews, validating problems before committing to solutions, and turning ambiguous input into clear requirements.
• Solid backlog ownership: writing epics/stories, running refinement, and making prioritization calls that hold up under pressure from multiple stakeholders.
• A metrics-driven approach - you define success up front and use data to know whether you got it right.
• Ability to translate between technical, compliance, and commercial language across engineering, sales, and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Starting at €5,000 gross/month depending on level and experience. (note: final offer can vary based on your location)

Hiring Process

Talent Acquisition Screening (30 min): A call to learn more about your background and interest in Innovatrics. We'll also share details on the role, compensation/benefits, and the process, and answer any questions you have.

Round 1 - Get-to-Know-You / CV Deep Dive (60 min): You'll meet the hiring manager and/or Enterprise IDV team members to discuss your experience, motivations, and the role.

Round 2 - Practical Session (60 min): A deep dive into your product discovery and delivery skills - this could include a working session or assignment review to understand how you think and collaborate.

Values (CARES) Interview (30 min): A dedicated session focused on cultural alignment - how your values match ours (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Excellence, Shared Mission).
