Technical Analyst

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and business insights.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into data and reporting needs.
• Identify what data can be used to answer business questions.
• Design and develop meaningful dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Decide the right KPIs, metrics, chart and visualizations for different business requirements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and basic data quality checks.
• Use SQL to extract, investigate and validate data.
• Work with data engineers and technical teams to understand data sources and resolve data issues.

Skill set:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in a data analyst role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Good understanding of data structures, databases, joins, dimensions, measures and KPIs.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business context and connect it with data.
• Ability to convert data into meaningful insights and visual stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain technical and analytical concepts in simple business language.

Nice to have:

• Telecom industry/domain experience.
• Knowledge of telecom KPIs, network performance, customer experience, usage, revenue or operational data.
• Experience with Python or R.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud data platforms.
