Our FDEs are fluent, daily practitioners of AI-native engineering -\nusing agentic coding tools and disciplined guardrails to compress delivery\ntimelines without sacrificing quality. You are the forward point that connects\nthe client to Innover's broader delivery pods, translating in both directions\nso the right thing gets built and shipped.\nWhat you'll do\nEmbed\nwith the client. Work\nalongside the client's engineering, product, and executive teams; understand\ntheir domain, their systems, and their constraints; and become a trusted\ntechnical partner.\nOwn\nthe full lifecycle. Take\nfeatures from architecture and design through implementation, testing,\ndeployment, and production support - shipping into the client's environment.\nBuild\nAI-native. Use\nClaude Code, Cursor, and agentic workflows as core tools in daily development;\ndesign the conventions and guardrails that keep an AI-augmented codebase fast,\nmaintainable, and safe.\nTranslate\nbusiness into software. Convert\nbusiness requirements into technical solutions, scope and de-risk delivery\nunder ambiguity, and communicate progress, risk, and tradeoffs to non-technical\nand executive stakeholders.\nSet\nthe standard. Define\narchitecture patterns and code-quality standards on the engagement, review\ndesigns, and mentor engineers - including Innover's delivery pods that support\nthe account.\nBridge\nto delivery. Connect\nthe client to the wider Innover team, decomposing work into clear, reusable,\nAPI-driven modules that pods can build against.\nWhat you'll bring\nEngineering foundation\n12+\nyears designing and shipping scalable SaaS / B2B platforms end to end, with a\ntrack record of owning technical direction.\nDeep,\nhands-on expertise across the stack: Node.js, React / Next.js, TypeScript, and Python.\nCloud-native\ndelivery on AWS (Lambda,\nECS/EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway), with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.\nStrong\ndata and architecture chops: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis/SQL; microservices, event-driven and\ndistributed systems, multi-tenant design.\nFull\nSDLC ownership - architecture,\nbuild, test, deploy, and production support - not just feature work.\nAI-native engineering\n(non-negotiable)\nThis is the differentiator. We\nwant engineers who genuinely build this way today, not who list the tools:\nDaily\nproduction use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and similar) as core to the workflow.\nExperience\nauthoring project conventions and guardrails (e.g. CLAUDE.md, structured prompts) that curb LLM failure\nmodes - hallucinated APIs, type-system bypasses, scope creep.\nAI-augmented\nCI/CD: automated code\nreview, test generation, and security analysis - with a habit of measuring the\neffect on speed and defect rates before scaling adoption.\nJudgment\non tooling: matching\nmodels to task type on cost and capability, and coaching engineers of varying\nAI fluency.
