Scheduling and confirming appointments \nResponding to emails and client messages \nTaking accurate messages for our medical team \nCreating and updating patient and client profiles \nProcessing payments and assisting with account questions \nCommunicating with clients regarding medications, records, appointments, and follow-ups \nMaintaining an organized and clean reception and lobby area \nAssisting the veterinary team and other departments as needed \nProviding exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets\nPreferred Qualifications\n**Veterinary hospital or veterinary receptionist experience is required** \n Excellent communication and customer service skills \nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills \nAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities \nComfortable answering phones and communicating with clients in person, by phone, and electronically \nReliable, punctual, and professional \nA positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team \nCompassionate and comfortable interacting with dogs, cats, and their owners -\nAbility to remain calm and professional in stressful or emotional situations \nBenefits\nCompetitive Compensation -
