This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy veterinary environment.\n\nSome of the responsibilities you'll own:\n\nProvide friendly, high-quality customer service to clients and patients\nProcess invoices and payments accurately\nAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain necessary medical histories\nDetermine patient immunization and testing status\nCommunicate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians regarding patient arrivals and recommended treatments\nFill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian\nAccurately enter and maintain client and patient information in veterinary practice software\nWork collaboratively with the veterinary team to keep patient flow moving efficiently\nTake on additional responsibilities as hospital policies, procedures, and needs evolve\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n\nVeterinary reception or veterinary client service experience preferred\nAVImark experience strongly preferred\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nTeam-oriented approach and strong work
