l’amélioration continue sont au cœur des priorités ?\nRattaché(e) au Responsable QHSE, vous participez au déploiement et à l’animation du système Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement du site. Véritable acteur de terrain, vous accompagnez les équipes dans l’application des bonnes pratiques, la prévention des risques et la sécurité des aliments.\nVos missions principales seront : (liste non exhaustive)\nAnimer et contrôler les bonnes pratiques Qualité et Hygiène sur le terrain\nAssurer la libération des productions et des matières premières\nRéaliser les visites sécurité en atelier\nAnimer des causeries sécurité et sensibiliser les équipes\nFormer les collaborateurs aux exigences QHSE\nParticiper aux analyses d’événements et aux démarches d’amélioration continue\nVotre profil:\nBac+2/3 QHSE, HSE ou Agroalimentaire\n3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum en industrie, idéalement agroalimentaire ou pharmaceutique\nMaîtrise des référentiels qualité et sécurité des aliments (HACCP, FSSC 22000, FAMI QS, BPH/BPF)\nConnaissance de la réglementation santé sécurité au travail et environnement (code du travail, ICPE)\nConduite d’analyses d’événements et de résolution de problèmes (RPS, QRQC, …)\nOrganisation, rigueur, méthode\nRéactivité et autonomie\nAisance relationnelle, pédagogie, bienveillance et capacité à faire appliquer les règles sur le
