The person will support internal QA testing projects alongside performance work, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting.\n\nO que vais fazer\n\nOwn performance testing end-to-end: assess the solution independently and define the right approach - normal usage, peak/load and stress scenarios, and large-scale testing to establish maximum capacity\nSelect and own the appropriate tooling for each performance assessment (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner, or other, as best fits the context)\nMeasure and report on response time, processing speed, data transfer speed, network usage, maximum concurrent users, and memory utilization\nSupport internal QA testing projects alongside performance work, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting\nAnalyze results, identify bottlenecks and risks, and produce clear, actionable reports with recommendations\n\nO que é pedido\n\nProven, hands-on experience in performance testing, able to run assessments and execute independently\nStrong knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent\nSolid understanding of load, stress, and capacity testing methodologies\nGeneral QA testing experience (manual and/or automated), comfortable moving between performance and functional testing work\nClear communication skills, able to translate technical results into actionable recommendations\nFluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)\nBased in Lisbon, with availability to work in a Hybrid model\n\nValorizado\n\nIntegrating performance test suites into CI/CD pipelines\nExperience with async and queue-based load testing\nRoutine use of AI tools to support test generation or analysis\n\nResumo organizado por IA a partir do anúncio original.
