Join us!\n Requirements:\n Experience in ERP systems, with significant exposure to ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics);\n Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects, preferably implementation projects;\n In-depth understanding of any of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc;\n Fluent English (B2+);\n Strong leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and guide them through complex projects;\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and team members;\n Ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions;\n Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction;\n Expertise in leading change management efforts during ERP implementation to ensure smooth adoption by users.\n Responsibilities:\n Support sales manager on presale phase by exposing expertise and preparing demo for potential clients;\n Define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
